Eye drops/nose drop liquid filling line is a new production line that our company developed and researched in recent years. Computer control wriggle pump to measure filling. It has many functions of auto botte feeding, auto filling、auto adding inside plug, capping、rotating-cap. It is the new generation equipment of eye drop/nose drop production of pharmaceutical industry. The machine can also be used to the production of filling、adding stopper、rotating cap and labeling small dosage liquid in other industry.

Labeling machine
Optional: bottle sterilization machine, bottle clean air washing machine.
l Bottle unscramber has a stable running function and speed up to 250 bottles per min
l Filling system has the function of shrinking, no bottle no fill, no drop leak.
l Auto count, can adjust speed freely.
l Optional laminar flowing air protecting cover on machine header.
l Auto protect against overload working and Alarm indicating.
l The whole line is designed according to the requirements of GMP，be eguipped with a number of autowatic protection and alarm device.
