DSG-2 monoblock vial liquid filling, stoppering and capping machine is a new product that our company developed and researched in recent years. Computer control peristaltic pump to measure filling. It has the functions of auto filling、auto adding stopper、capping、screwing-cap. It is the new generation equipment of vial production of pharmaceutical industry. The machine can also be used to the production of filling、adding stopper、rotating cap and labeling small dosage liquid in other industry.

l Set torque rotating cap, the quality of rotating-cap is reliable, no loose.
l One machine auto accomplishes double nozzles filling, double stoppering, double capping and screwing.
l Optional laminar flowing air protecting cover on machine header.
l Auto protects against overload working and Alarm indicating.
l The whole machine is designed according to the requirements of GMP，be equipped with a number of automatic protection and alarm device.
